Moi, Rachel, on my pathway to a healthier more physically fit me! I am 5'0" Short and I began my journey at 162.6 Lbs. I am currently 149.4 lbs. and my Goal weight is to get down to 115 lbs. This blog is my area to talk about what I am doing, my success and hopefully inspire everyone else as well, by sharing with you my discoveries on what is actually WORKING, and not using Scam Diets and "magic" pills! I am 30 years old and the mother to three beautiful children. My baby is now 2 years old and I still looked pregnant. I had to do something! I got so sick and tired of everyone making comments on how slender I used to be and slipping up and accidentally calling me fat in a round about way. So here I am. Working my butt off, one pound at a time, and trying to Jam it all away and having fun doing it. I hope you'll be a frequent reader and jump in and share your thoughts and inspirations!

Workout of Choice: Turbo Jam, and I like to mix it up with other work outs once or twice a week.

Main Goal: To acheive a healthier leaner body and get the abs I always wanted and fear I could never have after having children.
2. Never deprive yourself of your favorite treats. Work for it!
3. Set managable short term goals. Succeed in them and set another!
4. Do NOT weigh everyday, despite how tempting it maybe!
5. Do not kick yourself in the butt if you cheat, try again!
6. If you don't like the exercise, Don't do it! Find something more fun and mix it up!
7. As much as you don't want to see it, take pictures once a month to chart progress!
8. Drink Lots of WATER! Not diet sodas or energy drinks. They are full of sodium and water is the universal lubricant.
9. Eat!! Eat healthy and eat well, but in moderation. Never just stop eating, you'll force your body into starvation mode and you'll GAIN weight!
10. Repeat everyday, "I think,therefore I am, If I believe, I WILL achieve!"
I enjoy Turbo Jam, Tae Bo, Crunchless Abs, Sweatin' To the Oldies, Denise Austin, Yoga, Abs of Steel, Belly Dancing, Latin Dance Heat and Weight Watchers!
